Earlier today, our Camps & Lodges sector members convened at Maun Lodge for our quarterly sector meetings. These sessions remain vital to our mission, providing a platform for members to address pressing operational challenges and align on our collective advocacy agenda.
Key focus areas for today’s session included:
- VAT on Remote Services: Ongoing engagement and negotiations with relevant authorities to ensure industry clarity.
- Labour Relations: Collaborative efforts toward refining the Employment & Labour Relations Act, 2025 through updated regulations.
- Land Management & Allocation: Updates on the current status of NG32 land allocation and strategic management planning.
- Sustainable Growth: Continued focus on the promotion of Botswana’s tourism and lease concession frameworks.
