This website is provided by HATAB to promote its members and the Botswana hospitality and tourism sector, including a public directory of member businesses.

2. Member directory listings

Information in the member directory (business names, descriptions, contact details, images) is supplied by, or on behalf of, the listed member. HATAB does not independently verify, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of, any listing content. Any booking, enquiry, or transaction you undertake with a listed member is strictly between you and that member; HATAB is not a party to it and accepts no liability for it.

Members are responsible for ensuring their own listing information is accurate and lawfully theirs to publish, and may request correction or removal of their listing at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to: submit false or misleading information; scrape, harvest, or misuse data (including member contact details) for unsolicited marketing; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems; or use the website in any way that breaches applicable law, including the Data Protection Act, 2024.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the HATAB name, logo, and website design are the property of HATAB. Member logos, photographs, and business content remain the property of the respective member. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission from HATAB or the relevant member.

This website may link to member websites and other third-party sites. HATAB is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and linking does not imply endorsement.
