San Camp is an impossibly romantic, seven-tent camp on the edge of the Ntwetwe Pan in the Makgadikgadi, a smattering of billowing white tents shaded by desert palms, surrounded by a thousand acres of shimmering nothingness. The minimalist magic of this camp and the mysterious desert landscape create an experience unlike any other. Meerkats pop up from the desert dust, brown hyaena hide in the grass, and red hartebeest, springbok and gemsbok roam freely.
