Wilderness Chitabe is a classic tented camp with an outstanding reputation for excellent guiding and prolific game viewing in the southern Okavango Delta. The concession offers a combination of open floodplains, wooded islands and lagoons supporting extraordinary wildlife diversity. Eight spacious East African-style tents on elevated wooden decks, beneath a lush tree canopy, offer classic safari comfort. Game drives take in the different habitats, ensuring a diversity of wildlife encounters. The area is particularly renowned for its high concentration of predators including lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog. Access is by aircraft only. The sister camp, Chitabe Lediba, is ideal for families and small groups.
