HATAB Signs MOU With Emergency Assist 991
This morning, the Hospitality & Tourism Association of Botswana (HATAB) and Emergency Assist 991 formalized a partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Cresta President Hotel. The MOU outlines a collaboration where Emergency Assist will offer first aid training to subscribing members of HATAB.
In her address, HATAB’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Lily Rakorong, emphasized the pervasive role of tourism in everything. “Emergency Assist 991’s services are vital to the tourism industry’s success. This partnership will bring about the efficiencies needed for our employees, members, and guests, particularly in hard-to-reach areas like the Okavango Delta. It will enhance our capability to respond to emergencies, providing rescue services for those needing evacuation, especially our members,” stated Ms. Rakorong.
We are firmly convinced that this partnership will yield significant benefits that are indispensable for both parties involved.
